Ink Transfer is super tricky - sometimes you can get it out with a magic eraser or a Scotch-Brite pad and the most delicate pressure of all time, but more often than not, that ink has already become part of leather topcoat. A customer sent me pictures yesterday of his success with recoloring the area.
